Privacy Policy
How the Pivotly app and this website handle your information.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Who we are
Pivotly is made by Rivo Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy covers Pivotly, our colour puzzle game for iPhone, and this website, and Rivo Digital Ltd is responsible for the personal data described in it. If you have any questions about it, email us at [email protected].
Your game stats stay on your iPhone
Your scores, lines cleared, streaks and achievements are saved by the app on your device. Pivotly has no accounts, and your game stats are never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Unless you’ve bought Remove Ads, Pivotly shows ads from Google AdMob: an occasional full-screen ad between classic games, and an optional video ad you can choose to watch to continue a game.
To show ads and measure how they perform, Google’s advertising software may collect information from your device, such as its advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), your IP address, information about your device and the app, and how you interact with ads. Google’s use of this information is covered by its own policies: see how Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your ad choices
Where the law requires it, for example in the UK and the European Economic Area, Pivotly asks for your ad choices when you first open it, using Google’s consent message (the User Messaging Platform). You can change them at any time: tap the trophy at the top of the game screen, then Ad privacy settings.
Tracking
Pivotly may then show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, which asks whether the app can track you. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, your device’s advertising identifier isn’t made available to Pivotly or Google. You can change this at any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under Privacy & Security › Tracking.
If you’ve bought Remove Ads, Pivotly doesn’t start Google’s advertising software when it opens.
Purchases
Remove Ads is bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never see your card or payment details. The app only learns whether Remove Ads has been bought, so it can switch ads off.
Support messages
If you email us or use the support form on this website, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you choose, any device details you add and your message. We use them only to reply to you and help with your question, and we keep them only for as long as we need to do that. Messages sent through the form are stored privately on this website and forwarded to our support inbox.
To stop spam, the form briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, for no more than an hour.
If your browser isn’t running JavaScript and the form needs a correction, what you typed is kept for up to 10 minutes so the form can be shown again already filled in, then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of the support messages we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, by emailing [email protected].
Children
Pivotly is made for a general audience. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Pivotly handles your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
