How can we help?

Answers to the most common questions, and a quick way to reach us if you’re still stuck.

Common questions

How do I restore my Remove Ads purchase?

Pivotly checks for your purchase each time it opens, so on a new or reset iPhone it usually comes back by itself. If it doesn’t, tap the trophy at the top of the game screen, then Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

What does Remove Ads include?

Remove Ads is a one-off purchase. You won’t see any more ads, and when you run out of moves in a classic game, continuing is free: no video to watch first.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

If Pivotly asked for your ad choices when you first opened it, you can change them at any time: tap the trophy at the top of the game screen, then Ad privacy settings.

To change whether Pivotly can ask to track you, open your iPhone’s Settings, then Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Where is my progress saved?

On your iPhone. Your scores, stats, streaks and achievements are saved by the app on your device. Pivotly has no accounts, and your stats are never sent to us.

Will deleting the app reset my stats?

Yes. Deleting Pivotly removes your stats, streaks and achievements from your iPhone, and because we never receive them, we can’t bring them back. Your Remove Ads purchase is safe: it belongs to your Apple Account and can be restored.

It says I’ve already played today’s Daily puzzle

Each Daily puzzle can be played once. A new one unlocks at midnight on your iPhone’s clock. Until then, you can play as many classic games as you like.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
